Collection of symposium material
Symposium material is available at the Registration Desk in the Registration Hall at the Symposium venue from 14.00 Monday 30^th August 2004. Before this date and time, the registration desks will be cosed and material will not be given out. Please bear in mind that in order to give you your material, we must see documentation in proof of your registration. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any other persons collecting your material on your behalf. Please also note that we do not accept not registered and name changes.

Exhibition
The Organizing Committee invites and will accomodate commercial exhibitions which will be situated in the area of the Symposium venue next to where the coffee/tea breaks and lunches will be served. Please contact The Organizing Committee soon for futher details.

Facilities at the Conference Centre
Currency exchange facilities, cash dispenser (just across the street), post/mail (stamps can be bought and letters be send), luggage storage (for guests staying at the hotel), bar, restaurant and parking is available at Radisson SAS Falconer Center. Business centre for; photocopies, faxes and messages.
In the lobby an Internet café is available (payment by credit card).

Hotels
Hotels can be booked through Carlson Wagonlit Travel. You will find the complete list of hotels, a Copenhagen city map and the Hotel Reservation form under Accomodation.

Liability and insurance
Neither the Organizing committee nor Carlson Wagonlit Travel, are able to take any responsibility whatsoever for injury or damage to persons or properties during the symposium. Participants are therefore kindly requested to take out their own insurances. If you are from a country where a visa (see under VISA) to Denmark is needed, please do not forget to contact your local Danish Embassy in due time to apply for a visa.

Language of the Symposium
The official language is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.

Venue
The X^th International Symposium on Ruminant Physiology will be held at: Radisson SAS Falconer Conference Center, Falkoner Allé 9, DK - 2000 Copenhagen F.
